I’m finally back after a little hiatus with a not so good reading month wrap-up. April is now my second slowest reading month of the year so far โ I was able to read 4 books but I still had the reading slump from the last half of March hanging over me…

Pages read: 1,135
Lady Saves the Tramp by Farrah Rochon – Started: 1st April – Finished: 1st April.
This book is from the Disney Twisted Tales Advent Calendar which I read physically. It was a cute read for a short novella, nothing amazing but nice to add to my collection.
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah – Started: 28th March – Finished: 5th April.
This is a standalone book which I read physically and WOW what an impactful and heart-wrenching read. Definitely need to try another one from this author in the future!
Powerless by Elsie Silver – Started: 6th April – Finished: 8th April.
This is book #3 in the Chestnut Springs series which I re-read physically. I re-read it because I wanted to annotate it. I loved it just as much as I did the first time round <3
Worst Wingman Ever by Abby Jimenez – Started: 10th April – Finished: 10th April.
This is book #1 in the Valentines Day series which I read as an ebook on my Kindle. Considering this is a short romance novella, I really enjoyed it! Managed to complete this little duology now YAY.
What was your best read for April? How many books did you read?
