For Christmas I was fortunate to receive some books from my sisters! I also received a £50 Amazon gift card but I’m not sure what books to spend that on just yet… In today’s post I thought I would do a book haul.

Never, Never by Serena Valentino (from my sister Hayley) – Never Never by Serena Valentino, book 9 in the Villains series, explores the origin of Captain Hook (James Bartholomew), who longs to return to Neverland after a brief childhood stay. He becomes a ruthless pirate under Blackbeard, aided by the Odd Sisters’ magic to find his way back as an adult.
Red Queen by Christina Henry (from my sister Katie) – Red Queen follows Alice and Hatcher in their quest to find Jenny, H’s daughter. Everything is supposed to be great once they get out of the City, but it turns out differently. In their journey, the two have to face the mad White Queen and the cruel Black King.
A Photo Finish by Elsie Silver (from my sister Katie) – A Photo Finish by Elsie Silver (Book 2 in the Gold Rush Ranch series) is a small-town, forced-proximity romance. Featuring jockey Violet Eaton and PTSD-struggling Cole Harding, who reunite after a secret, intense online relationship.
Roll for Romance by Lenora Woods (from my sister Hayley) – When Sadie Brooks unexpectedly loses her marketing job, she flees New York City to spend the summer with her best friend in small-town Texas. Joining his Dungeons & Dragons campaign is the perfect distraction while she plans her next steps.
Mate by Ali Hazelwood (from my sister Katie) – Mate by Ali Hazelwood is a paranormal romance. Focusing on Serena, a lone, hunted Human-Werewolf hybrid, and Koen, an Alpha determined to protect her. As a companion to Bride, this story explores political tension between supernatural species and the healing, bonded relationship that develops between the main character.
The Little Mermaid by Lily Murray (from my sister Sarah) – The Little Mermaid Disney Animated Classic book follows Ariel, a mermaid princess who desires to live on land after falling for Prince Eric. She makes a dangerous deal with the sea witch Ursula, exchanging her voice for legs to win the prince’s love before time runs out.
